DELIVERIES

Deliveries take place during weekdays only. Any estimated delivery times displayed on the website exclude any time required to prepare your order and are only valid from the date of dispatch.

RETURNS

Returns, exchanges and refunds are dealt with on a case by case basis. All products must be returned in their original packaging. Delivery charges can unfortunately not be refunded.
